Volume pricing

List price is 15 credits ($0.15) per approved AI KYC and 5 credits ($0.05) per approved Manual KYC. At committed volume we move below list and fold in the volume bonuses. Billing is prepaid credits today (crypto top-up); invoiced or consolidated billing is not available yet.

We review your flow with you before go-live. Decision thresholds are platform-wide today; per-customer tuning is not available yet.

What counts as enterprise volume?
There is no hard cutoff. If self-serve top-ups no longer fit how you buy — sustained monthly volume, procurement processes, or a need for an integration review — it is worth talking to us. The form below asks for your expected monthly band.
Does only-approved billing still apply on enterprise terms?
Yes. Credits are drawn only when a verification ends APPROVED — declines, expired sessions and errors stay free at every volume, and a review costs nothing unless it ends approved.
Can you tune decision thresholds for us?
Not yet. Face-match, liveness and risk thresholds are platform-wide today and every decision ships with reason codes so your compliance team can audit the behaviour. Per-customer thresholds are not available.
